When you connect your TikTok Shop, we import your most recent orders, up to 30 days or 3,000 orders, whichever comes first, so you can see your figures before any trial starts. The 30 days describe how far back we look, not how long you can use the preview. The preview does not update automatically.

When your preview is ready, an eligible shop can start a 14-day free trial with no card needed. During the trial we import order history of up to 90 days or 10,000 orders, whichever comes first, and keep your figures updated.

Each workspace and each TikTok Shop can have one free trial. If you have not added a payment method when the trial ends, it ends with no charge.

Plans are priced per workspace per month in pounds: Starter £29 for up to 500, Growth £59 for up to 2,000, Scale £119 for up to 6,000 paid orders a month. Above 6,000 paid orders a month, contact us for custom pricing. Every plan includes every feature.

We give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price increase applies to your plan.

Going over your plan never stops your orders updating and never adds a charge.

Yes, at any time in Billing. Your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded for part of a month, unless the law requires it.

Sales after discounts and refunds, VAT if you are VAT-registered, product costs, TikTok fees, shipping and packaging, affiliate commission, advertising, stock losses and the business expenses you add. The features page shows each line.

Not always straight away. TikTok confirms some amounts days or weeks after an order, so every figure is labelled as recorded, estimated or not yet known. Estimates are replaced when TikTok confirms the final amount, and missing costs are listed rather than counted as zero.

No. It helps you understand your profit. Check important decisions against your own records and professional advice.

Yes. Invite admins, members and view-only users. Only the workspace owner manages billing.

You can turn on two-step verification, connection details are stored encrypted, and payments are handled by Stripe. NetMargin Studio never receives your card number.

Disconnecting your shop keeps the history already imported. If your plan ends, your data is kept for 90 days from the day access ends, so you can come back to it. Before anything is deleted, we email the workspace owner 14 days and 3 days ahead with the date, and we never delete it until we have confirmed those emails reached the owner. A workspace owner can delete the workspace and account in Settings, Security. A team member can delete their own account there too. The privacy notice explains what we keep and for how long.
